Land Acknowledgement
Soft Wild Stays is located on the ancestral lands of the Brunca (Boruca) people, one of Costa Rica's Indigenous nations. For centuries, the Brunca have lived in and cared for the lands of Costa Rica's southern Pacific region, maintaining rich traditions of art, agriculture, storytelling, and community life.
Today, Boruca communities continue to preserve their cultural heritage. We acknowledge their enduring connection to this land and honor the generations who have stewarded it.
